About Me
My journey began with five years dedicated to Martial Arts, training across Europe and the U.S. under world-class instructors and earning multiple qualifications. That discipline still shapes everything I do.
I later moved into corporate roles in training, project management, and business development—where I also discovered my passion for fitness and the outdoors. From mountaineering and kayaking to teaching survival skills, I found deep fulfillment helping others grow through adventure.
Over the years, I’ve worked as a safety consultant and survival expert with clients ranging from the public to celebrities, royalty, and major names like Disney, Channel 4, and 20th Century Fox. My experiences have taken me from the Alps to the jungles of China and the deserts of Saudi Arabia.
Today, I bring all of that to my work as a Health & Life coach, helping others build resilience, energy, and a life they love.
